​The Scottsboro basketball program (Tip Off Club) is going to be holding a Jackson County alumni coed benefit basketball for the Jackson County Sports Hall of Fame. The game(s) will be played on Saturday, November 11th at Scottsboro High School's Hambrick Hall. All former players, age 40+, from all high school programs in Scottsboro/Jackson County are invited to play. Teams will be made up of both male and female players and we will get a coach for each team, hopefully Hall of Fame coaches. Depending on how many former players sign up to participate, we will play at least one game, possibly two. We plan to invite all Hall of Fame inductees to be recognized at half-time or between games. Please share this post with your family/friends/former players. We appreciate all who take part in this benefit for the Hall of Fame and the great work it does to recognize great sports figures from Jackson County.
